The ITSM Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the establishment of an incident management structure in a growing company.

- Promote continuous improvement of request management processes
- Analyze current processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure sound change management and optimal operational efficiency
- Maintain technical documentation and monitor incident management metrics
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in IT
- Professional experience in setting up incident management processes
- Mastery of ITSM software and knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow (strong asset)
- Strong interest in change management and continuous improvement
- Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
- Ease of executive communication (VP and senior management)
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
