The ITSM Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the establishment of an incident management structure in a growing company.




  • Promote continuous improvement of request management processes
  • Analyze current processes and identify optimization opportunities
  • Ensure sound change management and optimal operational efficiency
  • Maintain technical documentation and monitor incident management metrics





  • 3+ years of experience in IT
  • Professional experience in setting up incident management processes
  • Mastery of ITSM software and knowledge of ITIL best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow (strong asset)
  • Strong interest in change management and continuous improvement
  • Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Ease of executive communication (VP and senior management)
  • BAC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
