Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Technician will be responsible for Level 2 support the 450 employees of the company in the greater Montreal area.
MORE PRECISELY
- Perform technical support on the computer hardware and software used
- Manage requests through the ticketing system and contribute to various special IT projects
- Work closely with the Level 1 Technician, the Level 3 Technician, and the IT Director
- Work in an environment on Azure, Windows, Microsoft 365
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician
- 1+ year of experience with Azure
- Professional experience in level 2 technical support
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
- Experience in a multi-site environment (asset)
- Autonomy and good adaptability
- Class 5 driving license and car
- DEC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
