SAP RH Functional Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Functional Analyst will be responsible for developing highly personalized SAP modules in the growing company, more specifically on the SAP HR module (SAP Human Resources).

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze business needs and write technical specifications
• Recommend solutions, promote optimization, and document the structure
• Contribute to the complete life cycle of projects (analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, support)
• Participate in the major payroll configuration project and assist the department on SAP HR
• Write technical documentation and participate in user training

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP HR Analyst
• Professional experience in functional analysis and writing of technical specifications
• Comfortable in a highly personalized environment
• Experience in ABAP debugging
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Strong understanding of the concept of integrating SAP modules
• Resourcefulness and sense of responsibility sought
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English), Spanish a strong asset
