Tasks/Responsibilities
DELAN is currently looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join our internal team to accelerate the recruitment of permanent and contractual positions for our clients in the province of Québec.
- Find the best IT candidates and develop quality relationships
- Build and maintain a database of active and passive candidates
- Create automated new candidate alerts and proactive searches
- Conduct interviews (telephone, videoconference and in person)
- Prepare the presentations of the selected candidates
- Coach candidates and coordinate client interviews
- Take references and present the job offer
PROFILE
- 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment or IT Solutions sales
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (strong asset)
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)
- Proficiency in an ATS, ideally Zoho Recruit (asset)
- Sense of initiative, autonomy, and excellent customer service
- Strong team spirit, ability to adapt and strong relational skills
- BAC in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, IT, or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
