IT Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of IT projects according to the strategic objectives of the company with a scale of approximately 300 employees.

MORE PRECISELY

• Bring IT management internally by being in 70% project management and 30% strategic direction mode
• Manage primary Managed Service Provider (MSP) and coach on-site technician
• Prioritize IT development projects (software, infrastructure, security, AI, etc.)
• Work in a Windows environment, Microsoft 365, VMware, Fortinet, ERP Maestro
• Manage the IT budget of approximately $500,000 per year

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in IT project management
• Experience in managing application and IT infrastructure projects
• Strong interest in technological monitoring (business intelligence, artificial intelligence, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Windows, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet environment (an asset)
• Experience with the Maestro ERP system (an asset)
• Leadership and focused strategic direction
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• French required
