D365 Functional Analyst (F&O)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The D365 Functional Analyst (F&O) will be responsible for analyzing business needs and configuring the Sales, Customer Service and Warehousing modules of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, balancing full-cycle implementations with ongoing user support.

• Document business needs and functional design
• Translate these needs into D365 F&O solutions and configure integrations
• Configure sales, pricing and customer account processes
• Manage order processing, picking, packing and shipping
• Set up warehouse operations and inbound/outbound logistics
• Provide basic support for integrated hardware and software

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting D365 F&O
• Good knowledge of the Sales, Customer Service and Warehousing modules
• Experience with fit-gap analysis and business process improvement
• Comfortable simplifying technical concepts for varied audiences
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and drive organizational change
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (an asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• English required, French as an asset
