With over 12 years of experience in IT recruitment and 10 years in business development, Alexandre has built a solid career based on listening, trust, and innovation.
A graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Human Resources, he has always distinguished himself by his ability to understand the real needs of businesses and to propose solutions tailored to each context.
Passionate about business relationships and driven by results, Alexandre relies on an authentic and transparent approach. He fosters dialogue and the creation of lasting partnerships, both with clients and within the DELAN team.

A commitment that makes a real difference
Among the projects that are particularly close to Alexandre‘s heart is the “1 DON, 1H À LA FOIS” donation program, an initiative launched by DELAN in 2022.
This program aims to give back to the community by donating $1 of DELAN‘s revenue for every hour worked by its IT consultants to one of four partner organizations.
For Alexandre, this project represents much more than a simple corporate gesture:

“I sincerely believe that DELAN is the most people-focused company on the market. We take all the time necessary with our candidates and clients, and we give back to the community through our donation program. We are a Quebec-based company with a strong work ethic; we value transparency and honesty. With 28 years of experience, we have developed a solid structure, and our processes are constantly optimized based on our statistics and data. Our clients trust us and return year after year.”
What activity helps you recharge?
“Golf, without a doubt! For 4 to 4.5 hours, my brain is 100% focused on a single goal: hitting a little white ball into a 10.8 cm hole! 😄 It’s a great way to unwind, especially when you get a hole-in-one in Mexico with your boss Jean-François Charpentier (I had to remind him publicly 😝).”
What do you think is the key to a lasting business relationship?
“For me, the foundation is trust and transparency. But the most lasting business relationships are above all authentic, and they develop when you share the same values as your clients. In fact, I now consider many of our clients to be true friends.”
