Technical Delivery Manager - Payment Solutions

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Technical Delivery Lead – Payment Solutions will be responsible for working with clients to ensure the successful deployment of the organization’s payment solution.

• Plan and carry out the full implementation process
• Proactively identify compliance, security and technical challenges
• Ensure communication with clients with initiative and transparency
• Coordinate the operationalization of the solution’s go-live
• Monitor project performance indicators and optimize management processes

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions delivery or project management role
• Experience in fintech and payment systems
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, service architecture, APIs, and SaaS
• Experience with compliance and security processes (PCI-DSS, KYC, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management or equivalent
• Bilingualism (English required, functional French)
