Tasks/Responsibilities
The Software Support Technician will be responsible for supporting the deployment and day-to-day use of a SaaS solution for international clients, providing application support, functional testing, and operational assistance within a technology-driven organization of approximately 50 employees.

- Participate in SaaS software implementation projects according to established plans
- Provide application support, including incident analysis, triage, and follow-up
- Perform basic configurations, data imports, and adjustments
- Conduct functional and configuration testing before production releases
- Answer user questions on software usage and best practices
- Document client requirements, incidents, and actions taken
- Collaborate with implementation, support, and project management teams
PROFILE
• 1 to 3 years of experience in software implementation and application support
• Experience working in a customer-facing SaaS software environment
• Good knowledge of operational and application workflows
• Comfort with functional testing and configuration validation
• Strong interest in software solutions and technology-driven environments
• Strong team spirit with solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate with various stakeholders
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively
• Open to occasional international travel
• College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
