Software Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Software Director will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of systems that support business needs within a standardized manufacturing environment, reporting to the VP of IT.

MORE PRECISELY

• Plan and deliver IT application projects while meeting objectives, budgets, and timelines
• Lead the PMO and implement project management best practices
• Oversee application support (ERP, CRM, BI) and ensure system performance
• Manage the SAP Center of Excellence (S/4HANA, FSM)
• Ensure GxP compliance and application security
• Define IT governance policies and the roadmap for business applications
• Manage external partners and contractual follow‑ups
• Lead project managers, functional experts, and SAP specialists

PROFILE

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in a manufacturing or regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), CRM, MES, QMS, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingual (French and English)
