Senior System Administrator

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of the company’s various clients.

MORE PRECISELY

• Provide operational support for internal systems and client infrastructures, both remotely and on site
• Monitor and administer IT assets, including workstations, servers, and network equipment
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network and wireless infrastructures, including switches and firewalls
• Participate in the management, optimization, and evolution of server environments
• Collaborate on IT projects, particularly related to security, compliance, and cloud solutions
• Work within an IT team of approximately 10 people (Technicians, Analysts, Administrators, Director)

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• Strong expertise with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, and VMware
• Professional experience in a multi-client MSP environment (strong asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities and comfort mentoring or guiding team members
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• IT certifications such as Microsoft, A+, Network+, or similar (asset)
• DEC in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
