Senior IT Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Senior IT Director will be responsible for the functional leadership of systems supporting commercial banking activities (corporate services, payments, accounts and client onboarding) within a large international financial institution operating across multiple markets.

MORE PRECISELY

• Lead the functional vision for commercial banking systems
• Oversee several Team Leads across the organization
• Plan workforce growth and lead recruitment efforts
• Operate within a team of about 40 people
• Work in an environment based on.NET, Oracle, Business Objects, ACBS, etc.

PROFILE

• 15+ years in IT, including 5+ in IT leadership in banking
• Required experience in Corporate Banking or Commercial Lending
• Skilled at managing team leaders
• Strong ability to act as a mentor and technical coach
• Comfortable in a multi-system proprietary environment
• Autonomy in managing multiple competing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (English required, French functional)
