Scrum Master - Delivery Lead (6+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master – Delivery Lead for a 6-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and PI Planning sessions
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies through Scrum of Scrums meetings
• Plan team capacity and ensure alignment with approved priorities
• Track risks and produce delivery reports for leadership
• Collaborate with multiple IT delivery teams and various stakeholders
• Work in an environment based on SAFe, Scrum and Jira

PROFILE

• 7+ years as a Scrum Master – Delivery Lead
• Experience in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment
• Expertise in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Scrum of Scrums
• In-depth knowledge of IT enterprise application delivery
• Advanced proficiency with Jira
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives in parallel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in an international or multi-site environment (asset)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• English required, French as an asset
