Tasks/Responsibilities
The SAP Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving existing SAP solutions by optimizing processes and contributing to the evolution of the environment.
MORE PRECISELY
- Primarily support the MM, WM, and PS modules, respond to internal requests, and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Provide user support, analyze incidents, and ensure their resolution
- Assist internal clients in defining their needs by adopting a holistic approach, going beyond just SAP transactions
- Collaborate with programmers on application development and enhancements
- Conduct testing, document solutions, and communicate changes to users
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience with MM, WM, and PS modules
- Strong experience in administering critical applications
- Experience in SAP implementation projects and/or support environments
- Ability to take a step back, understand business processes, and propose comprehensive solutions
- Strong customer focus and excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC) in Computer Science or equivalent (an asset)
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
