QA Technical Lead (6+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a QA Technical Lead for a 6-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Mentor and guide a team of about 4 QA analysts
• Perform thorough manual testing on backend systems
• Define QA lifecycle standards and best practices
• Validate data integrity and quality
• Write SQL test scenarios to ensure system reliability
• Work in an environment based on SQL and automation tools

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in IT quality assurance and software testing (QA)
• Expertise in manual testing of back-end systems
• Strong command of SQL and data validation
• Good understanding of QA lifecycle best practices
• Basic knowledge of test automation (Cucumber, Selenium) (asset)
• ISTQB certification (asset)
• Autonomous with strong ability to prioritize multiple files
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• English required
