QA Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the functional quality of software solutions in an agile environment by contributing upstream to development activities, performing manual testing, and validating deliverables within a technology-driven organization operating large-scale web platforms.

MORE PRECISELY

• Contribute to requirements analysis and to the understanding of business rules from a quality perspective
• Write functional acceptance scenarios in French
• Perform manual testing and validate software developments
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
• Test and validate fixes in a maintenance and support context
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and in the continuous improvement of QA processes

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or as a QA tester
• Professional experience in manual functional testing
• Strong understanding of acceptance scenarios and business rules
• Comfortable writing functional documentation in French
• Experience with testing tools or frameworks (asset)
• Interest in web environments and SaaS platforms
• Strong collaboration skills and interpersonal abilities
• Autonomous and detail-oriented approach to testing
• DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
