PMO Governance Consultant (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a PMO Governance Consultant for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Support senior management in arbitrating IT investments
• Optimize governance bodies for the IT project portfolio
• Develop the PMO frameworks, guidelines and templates
• Analyze portfolio risks, dependencies and delivery capacity
• Measure the benefits and value delivered by digital initiatives
• Work in an environment based on MS Project, Sciforma, Jira and Azure DevOps

PROFILE

• 20+ years of experience in IT project management
• 15+ years developing portfolio management frameworks and processes
• Expertise in investment prioritization and benefits tracking
• Mastery of Agile and hybrid approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to advise senior management and simplify complex issues
• Knowledge of architecture, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Experience in the healthcare sector (asset)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (asset)
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to rally diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• French required
