IT Vice-President

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Vice-President will be responsible for developing and implementing a technology growth strategy that supports business needs within a standardized manufacturing environment.

• Define the technology vision aligned with business objectives
• Build and manage a 5-year IT roadmap
• Manage technology risks and ensure business continuity
• Lead automation, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives
• Support the integration of new sites or acquisitions (ERP, CRM, MES)
• Oversee and ensure the availability of critical manufacturing systems
• Develop a comprehensive IT security strategy and ensure compliance with applicable standards

PROFILE

• 15+ years of IT experience and 10+ years in an executive role
• Experience in a manufacturing or regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), CRM, MES, QMS, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingual (French and English)
