IT Supervisor

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Supervisor will be responsible for the company’s technology environment, combining Microsoft systems and network administration with SQL database management.

MORE PRECISELY

• Administer physical and virtual servers, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
• Maintain the network environment (Fortinet, VPN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, switches)
• Manage databases, SQL queries and data extractions
• Ensure security, availability and performance (backups, access, monitoring)
• Supervise an L1/L2 technician and handle level 2 and 3 incidents
• Take charge of IT projects (migrations, deployments, automation)
• Work at the heart of an IT team of approximately 10 people
• Work in an environment based on Microsoft, Azure, AWS and GCP

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in systems and network administration
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
• Proficiency in SQL (queries and data extractions)
• Good knowledge of Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Expertise in Fortinet networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, switches)
• Autonomy and a strong hands-on approach to problem solving
• Ability to supervise a technician and prioritize IT requests
• Microsoft certification (asset)
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English functional)
