Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Recruiter will be responsible of recruiting top IT talent to accelerate our clients’ IT projects in Canada and efficiently fill permanent positions, consulting mandates, and executive roles.
MORE PRECISELY
- Contribute to building a database of qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews (by phone, videoconference, and in person)
- Prepare presentations of shortlisted candidates to account managers
- Ensure constant follow-ups, coach candidates, and coordinate client interviews
- Take reference and present the job offer
- Develop strong relationships with professionalism and transparency
- Work closely with the rest of the team in a collaborative atmosphere
PROFILE
- Professional experience as an IT Recruiter or IT Sales/Business Development
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (a strong asset)
- Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Zoho Recruit
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Initiative, autonomy, and client service skills
- Strong team spirit, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required and functional English)
