IT Manager (Retail Systems)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations, development, and support of retail systems to ensure their performance, stability, and continuous evolution.

SPECIFICALLY

• Oversee the development, deployment, and support of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
• Coordinate technical teams, projects, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery
• Collaborate with business units to define requirements and improve operational processes
• Ensure the stability, quality, and continuous improvement of retail applications
• Manage priorities, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in retail systems management, information technology, or IT project management
• Strong knowledge of POS environments, retail applications, quality assurance, and project management methodologies
• Expertise in coordinating technical teams, application support, and IT operations
• Experience working in retail environments, supporting financial processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• PMP, ITIL, Scrum, or equivalent certifications (an asset)
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
