IT Manager - Data, Agile and Business (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an IT Manager – Data, Agile and Business for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters
• Oversee the gathering of business requirements for data initiatives
• Ensure the implementation of Agile practices and cross-team coordination
• Act as an escalation point for project issues
• Standardize business analysis and Agile management practices
• Work in an environment based on data and Business Intelligence (BI)

PROFILE

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and Agile project delivery
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role
• Solid understanding of data and Business Intelligence (BI) environments
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading Scrum teams
• Strong collaborative mindset with stakeholders at all levels
• Skilled at managing priorities and workload across a team
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps (asset)
• Genuine interest in mentoring and developing team members
• CSM, PMI-ACP or CBAP certification (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field
• English required
