IT Functional Analyst (F&O)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Functional Analyst (F&O) will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into technological solutions in D365 F&O.

MORE PRECISELY

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional needs.
• Translate business requirements into D365 F&O solutions (configuration, design, module integration).
• Participate in all phases of the full D365 F&O implementation and support workshops with the various teams.
• Write functional documentation (FDD: reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows).
• Support the technical team during development and conduct user demonstrations.

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with at least 2 of the following modules: supply chain management, purchasing, inventory,
  production, quality or finance in D365 F&O
• Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to translate them into solutions. Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, or equivalent
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (an asset)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual (English required; French an asset)
