IT Business Analyst - Software Implementation

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for leading complex SaaS software deployment projects for international clients, acting as a functional reference, process optimization advisor, and central coordination point within a growing technology organization of approximately 50 employees.

• Coordinate and manage activities related to software implementation projects
• Analyze client business needs and operational processes
• Recommend improvements to optimize processes and software
• Configure the solution according to business rules and use case scenarios
• Plan and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and user training
• Support clients through change management activities related to implementation
• Create and maintain functional and implementation documentation
• Contribute to internal continuous improvement initiatives related to processes and tools

PROFILE

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, functional analysis, or SaaS solutions
• Professional experience analyzing business processes and driving operational improvements
• Expertise in client-facing implementation or delivery environments
• Strong facilitation and user training skills
• Understanding of logistics, operational, or industrial environments (asset)
• Strong collaboration skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized
• Open to occasional international travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
