IT Business Analyst (6+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst for a 6-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Lead the definition of key business requirements
• Plan workshops with stakeholders to validate business needs
• Participate in defining project plans, including scope and timeline
• Support the user community through training and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with a dedicated team throughout various projects
• Work in an environment based on point-of-sale and ERP systems

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• In-depth knowledge of retail sales systems in a store environment
• Experience writing test cases and test plans (QA, UAT)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, their architecture and structure
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Comfortable facilitating workshops with various stakeholders
• Autonomy and strong ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
