IT Business Analyst (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and document business requirements
• Map and optimize the customer journey for digital products
• Model and map current and future processes
• Work in an agile environment and lead various workshops

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Experience in digital and/or product environments
• Strong knowledge of user journeys and interactions
• Experience in an agile environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
