IAM Analyst (24+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an IAM Analyst for a 24-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Process access requests for new hires, transfers and departures
• Apply role-based access controls (RBAC) to IT resources
• Resolve user access issues and manage special privileges
• Perform periodic access reviews and implement required adjustments
• Keep IAM procedures and documentation up to date
• Work in an IT environment based on Microsoft Entra ID

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM)
• Experience in user account provisioning
• Mastery of authentication and authorization concepts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
• Rigour and attention to detail when processing requests
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) certification (asset)
• DEC in systems technology or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English functional)
