ERP Project Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for leading all digital transformation initiatives related to the company’s ERP systems.

• Lead end‑to‑end ERP implementation projects, from needs analysis to deployment
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor project progress (timelines, budgets, risks)
• Work closely with operational teams (production, logistics, procurement, finance, etc.) to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
• Oversee external partners, integrators, and technology vendors
• Define and track performance indicators related to transformation projects
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and the alignment of implemented solutions with business needs

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years as a Project Manager
• ERP implementation experience (required)
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (asset)
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (functional French and English)
