ERP Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting clients with the implementation and optimization of financial ERP solutions, within an IT team of about 10 people.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze clients’ financial processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with finance teams
• Write bilingual functional specifications (French and English)
• Configure the financial component of the ERP solution
• Perform rigorous functional testing before each deployment
• Support client teams in adopting new ERP tools
• Contribute within a team of about 10 people
• Work in an environment built around financial ERP solutions (e.g. Sage X3)

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in ERP business analysis, financial component
• Hands-on experience implementing ERP solutions (Sage X3, an asset)
• Strong understanding of accounting processes (general ledger, AP/AR)
• Comfortable in a multi-client setting with several projects running in parallel
• Strong communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
• Rigour, autonomy, and sound judgment in managing priorities
• CBAP certification or equivalent in business analysis (an asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
