Enterprise CRM Architect

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Enterprise CRM Architect will be responsible for leading the migration to Dynamics 365 by defining the target architecture and addressing existing delays.

• Assess project progress and recommend technical and organizational improvements.
  • Define the roadmap and reference architecture aligned with business needs.
  • Advise executives and business teams, with strong ability to communicate clearly to C-Level audiences.
  • Provide support to CRM projects, leveraging solid experience in complex (large-scale) environments.

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience as an enterprise architect.
• 5+ years of experience with CRM.
• Experience in the banking sector (asset).
• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Bilingual required (French and English).
