Engineering Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a development team of approximately 12 people, made up of developers of varying seniority levels distributed across multiple squads.

• Lead and mobilize a development team working on innovative products
• Own the performance and delivery of the development team
• Contribute to improving development and engineering processes and be responsible for implementing change
• Recruit, evaluate, mentor and coach team members
• Collaborate and align with other teams, including architecture, project management, product management, etc.

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in development
• 3+ years of experience managing a development team
• Experience in financial technologies or in a SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of development process optimization
• Experience in a microservices, cloud (GCP) and artificial intelligence environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
