Tasks/Responsibilities

The Director of Software Engineering will be responsible for guiding application delivery teams while acting as a bridge between business teams.

MORE PRECISELY

• Lead the migration of legacy applications to the new digital SaaS platform.​
• Harmonize a portfolio of applications resulting from multiple acquisitions to ensure coherence and integration.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders while ensuring rigorous management of Agile development teams.​
• Manage a team of 15 employees and several consultants in the delivery of two high-visibility strategic projects.

PROFILE 

• 10+ years of experience managing application teams​
• Experience in a supply chain environment (an asset)​
• Strong communication and ability to simplify complex technological concepts​
• Expertise in delivering web applications in an Agile environment​
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent​
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
