Cybersecurity Specialist - PAM (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity PAM Specialist for a 12+ month contract with the possibility of renewal.

MANDATE

• Oversee daily IAM/PAM governance activities and ensure access compliance within CyberArk
• Identify and resolve issues, incidents, or deviations from security policies in collaboration with relevant teams
• Analyze root causes, trends, and risks to recommend and implement corrective measures
• Collaborate closely with IT, Risk Management, and Audit teams to ensure process consistency and efficiency
• Define and monitor key performance and risk indicators (KPI/KRI) to be presented to senior management and the board

PROFILE

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, IAM and PAM
• Expertise in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk
• Knowledge of SailPoint
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• CISSP, CISA, or CRISC certification (asset)
• Bilingualism (French required and functional English)
