Cyber Incident Management Lead

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Incident Management Lead will be responsible for day-to-day cybersecurity incident response operations and will contribute to multiple security projects, including system upgrades.

MORE PRECISELY

• Act as the lead for the incident response team within a NIST environment
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team currently composed of one consultant, with expected growth
• Perform incident response and analysis, and work on remediation efforts
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal clients and infrastructure teams
• Establish governance and optimize cybersecurity incident response policies and processes
• Work closely with other technical teams to analyze incidents and propose solutions

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• Professional experience in incident response
• Certifications considered an asset (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR tools, etc.
• Professional experience in the financial sector
• Strong customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (English required, functional French)
