IT Business Analyst (24+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst for a 24-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements
• Map and optimize processes within the healthcare domain
• Support business teams through change management and training
• Work in an agile environment and participate in various meetings and ceremonies

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Experience in writing business cases and process documentation
• Knowledge of information systems in the healthcare sector
• Experience in an agile environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
