AI Business Analyst (24+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an AI Business Analyst for a 24-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Optimize business processes through artificial intelligence (AI)
• Analyze needs and write opportunity cases for AI-driven IT projects
• Translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Assess the feasibility, added value and risks of AI solutions
• Define success criteria and key performance indicators (KPI)
• Work in an environment based on Microsoft 365 and Agile methodologies (Scrum)

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience in Agile (Scrum) project management
• Contribution to 2+ complex IT projects over the last 5 years
• Mastery of business process modeling and use cases
• Comfortable with user stories and requirements traceability
• Good knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
• Interest in responsible AI issues (bias, fairness, explainability)
• Experience in user acceptance testing and change management
• Bachelor’s in administration or business analysis (master’s an asset)
• French required
