Telephony Architect (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Telephony Architect for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Translate strategic directions into feasible telephony scenarios
• Make recommendations and action plans for senior management
• Analyze integration, operations and service continuity impacts
• Lead working groups bringing together multiple organizations
• Manage risks related to the transition of telephony environments
• Work in an environment based on IP telephony and unified communications

PROFILE

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT, including 8+ years in architecture
• Experience in enterprise telephony and telecommunications
• Expertise in multi-site, multi-vendor environments and projects
• Vendor-agnostic approach to evaluating technology solutions
• Good knowledge of agile methods (Scrum or Kanban)
• Autonomy and ability to thrive in ambiguous contexts
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• French required
