ServiceNow Developer

Tasks/Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for configuring and developing the ITSM module for a large organization, contributing to the platform’s evolution toward a new instance.

MORE PRECISELY

• Configure and develop solutions within the ITSM module of ServiceNow
• Optimize and standardize the database ahead of a new instance
• Mentor a more junior developer within the team
• Ensure bi-weekly production releases and regression testing
• Carry out integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (e.g. SAP)
• Contribute to the roadmap for new modules (Discovery, SPM, HR)
• Work at the heart of a ServiceNow team of about 4 people
• Work in an environment based on ServiceNow (ITSM) and JavaScript

PROFILE

• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Developer in the last 8 years
• Expertise in configuration and development of the ITSM module
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Good knowledge of ITIL best practices (asset)
• Rigour and attention to detail on a critical IT platform
• ServiceNow certification (CSA or CIS) (asset)
• Autonomy and strong analytical mindset facing complex technical challenges
• DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English functional)
