Senior IT Project Manager (24+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager for a 24-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Manage large-scale software development projects from kickoff to closure
• Structure mandates into clear roadmaps (scope, milestones, dependencies)
• Facilitate decisions across product, architecture and security teams
• Ensure project governance (risks, budget, change control)
• Coordinate external vendors and partners, including RFP activities
• Work in an environment based on AI, cybersecurity and financial systems

PROFILE

• 10+ years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience managing projects in banking, financial services or insurance
• Expertise in digital transformation and application projects (AI, cybersecurity)
• Mastery of hybrid delivery approaches (Agile and waterfall)
• Proficiency with MS Project and portfolio management tools
• High adaptability in the face of shifting priorities
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication with senior management
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
