Senior IT Business Analyst (36+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst for a 36-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Write the policies, directives and guides governing the use of AI
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and record the decisions made
• Consolidate feedback into successive versions of the documents
• Prepare submissions to decision-making bodies for approval
• Support IT teams in adopting the new governance frameworks
• Work in an environment based on Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneNote)

PROFILE

• 8+ years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience producing management frameworks in complex settings
• Mastery of ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework
• Awareness of personal information protection issues
• Strong writing skills and rigour in language revision
• Influential leadership and ability to mobilize without formal authority
• Good knowledge of document management tools
• Experience in the healthcare sector or a regulated environment (asset)
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, project management or equivalent
• French required, English as an asset
