Program Manager (Digital Transformation)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be responsible for defining and leading the multi-year roadmap of a large-scale digital transformation program spanning several IT initiatives.

MORE PRECISELY

• Define and adjust the roadmap based on strategic priorities
• Prioritize the project portfolio (dependencies, milestones and risks)
• Set up program governance and executive dashboards
• Oversee the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and CRM replacement
• Manage budgets and track deliverables for each initiative
• Design the program’s deployment and communication strategy
• Collaborate within a team of more than 10 people
• Work in an environment based on ERP and Customer Relationship Management

PROFILE

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT program management or complex project management
• Experience deploying an ERP or a CRM
• Expertise in organizational change management
• Ease communicating with senior management and executive committees
• Strategic vision and solid understanding of technical issues
• Experience in a matrix or multi-stakeholder environment (asset)
• Strong collaboration skills with external partners
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in management, administration or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
