PCO (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a PCO for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Ensure the planning and control of IT projects (scope, costs, risks)
• Prepare and facilitate follow-up and portfolio committees
• Produce project dashboards and performance indicators
• Perform financial tracking and reconciliation of project data
• Support project managers in applying best practices
• Work in an environment based on Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project

PROFILE

• 7+ years of professional experience as a PCO
• Experience in 3+ mandates of one year or more on major IT projects
• Good knowledge of traditional, agile and hybrid project management
• Experience in organizational transformation in a public context
• Mastery of Microsoft project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multi-partner context
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP or SAFe certification (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, administration or equivalent
• French required
