Mainframe MVS Administrator (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Mainframe MVS Administrator for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Install, configure and upgrade z/OS and central software
• Track the performance of systems, databases and schedules
• Analyze incidents and deploy fixes in production
• Develop and maintain monitoring and support tools for the teams
• Join a team of about 30 mainframe IT specialists
• Work in an environment based on IBM z/OS (MVS), CICS and z/OS utilities

PROFILE

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Mainframe MVS Administrator
• Expertise in administering IBM z/OS and MVS (Multiple Virtual Storage)
• Mastery of Customer Information Control System (CICS) and z/OS utilities
• Experience in change management and support of critical environments
• Ability to produce technical documentation and recommendations
• Availability for interventions outside regular business hours
• DEC or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• French required
