IT Solutions Architect

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Solutions Architect will be responsible for guiding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology choices for an organization undergoing an IT transformation in the Microsoft ecosystem.

MORE PRECISELY

• Guide platform choices with a preference for standard features
• Design integrations between key systems (APIs, data flows)
• Challenge the technical choices of managed service providers (MSP)
• Contribute directly to projects in a hands-on role (about 1/3 of the time)
• Ensure solutions are secure by design (identity and access)
• Deploy artificial intelligence (AI) use cases with tangible value
• Join a growing IT team of about 9 people
• Work in an environment based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure

PROFILE

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT, including 2+ years in architecture
• Experience in a major CRM or ERP transformation
• Mastery of Dynamics 365 (Business Central, Finance & Operations or CRM)
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Proficiency with Azure (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
• Concrete achievements in generative AI (agents, Copilot, Azure AI)
• Knowledge of applied security (zero trust, identity management)
• Influential leadership and ability to explain concepts to various teams
• Microsoft Expert-level certification (asset)
• Experience with Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
