IT Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing IT operations for a multi-site manufacturing organization across North America, within an enterprise application environment built on SAP and Epicor supporting critical systems.

• Lead IT initiatives for the organization across North America
• Collaborate with various teams to identify their IT needs
• Oversee external service providers
• Manage IT budgets and procurement activities
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture and coordinate incident management
• Take part in a team of about 15 to 20 people
• Work in an environment based on SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and Epicor

PROFILE

• 5+ years as an IT Director in the last 15 years
• Experience managing multi-site IT environments in manufacturing
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications
• Good command of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or Epicor environments
• Ability to mobilize and oversee IT teams across multiple sites
• Strong collaborative mindset with various business stakeholders
• Valid passport and availability for occasional travel
• ITIL or PMP certification (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
