CRM Functional Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The CRM Functional Analyst will be responsible for designing tailored CRM solutions and translating clients’ business needs into clear functional requirements.

MORE PRECISELY

• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops directly with clients
• Draft functional specifications and system architecture documents
• Develop automated workflows to optimize business processes
• Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation
• Prepare testing and deployment plans for CRM solutions
• Provide training and support to users post-implementation
• Join a team of approximately 4 functional analysts
• Work in an environment based on Creatio

PROFILE

• 5+ years as a CRM Functional Analyst
• Experience with CRM solutions in the financial sector (asset)
• Expertise in designing system architectures and business processes
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Knowledge of Creatio or strong interest in learning it (asset)
• Comfortable simplifying technical concepts for varied audiences
• Strong collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
• Autonomy and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
• Salesforce or Creatio certification (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
