CIO

Tasks/Responsibilities

The CIO will be responsible for developing and executing the IT roadmap for a rapidly growing company, driving its digital transformation, and providing strategic vision.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead IT transformation and the integration of acquisitions
• Strengthen cybersecurity resilience and vulnerability management
• Oversee privileged access management and business continuity
• Manage the IT team and various technology vendors
• Establish data governance and quality standards
• Structure product data and performance indicators (BI)
• Explore artificial intelligence opportunities and build a dedicated team
• Operate within an environment involving ERP consolidation and data integration

PROFILE

• 10+ years as a technology leader, including a role as CIO or VP of IT
• Experience developing and executing an IT strategic vision in a high-growth context
• Ability to communicate technical issues to senior management
• Experience in a retail and/or manufacturing environment (asset)
• Proficiency with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics, Infor SyteLine, or similar)
• Professional experience with mergers and acquisitions (asset)
• Pragmatic approach with a strong focus on execution
• Comfortable navigating a rapidly changing organizational environment
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to mobilize teams
• PMP or CISSP certification (asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
