On November 10, 2021, our President Founder Anne-Marie Deslauriers received the WBE Canada‘s President’s Award at WBE Canada’s 2021 Excellence Awards 🎉
This award recognizes an individual or organization who has demonstrated significant contribution in supplier diversity benefiting or promoting Canadian women-owned businesses in 2021.
The WBE Canada’s Annual Conference took place on November 9-10, 2021, in virtual. This event brought together corporate and government leaders, procurement professionals and women-owned businesses to connect, inspire and celebrate achievements in supplier diversity.
On this occasion, the entire DELAN team would like to congratulate Anne-Marie Deslauriers for this well-deserved award!

Here is what Anne-Marie Deslauriers said during her acceptance speech :
« Thank you Silvia and WBE Canada! I’m truly honoured to be receiving this award, and please know that I’m sharing this with my partner Jean-François Charpentier, as well as the entire DELAN team. I believe that in a company, your most valuable asset is your team. At DELAN, our motto is : Treat people well, listen to their concerns, take their opinion in consideration and together you will achieve great things. That’s exactly what DELAN did. In 2021, DELAN doubled its staff, doubled its active clients and doubled its mandates, and I’m very proud of THESE accomplishments. Together we made it happen! My biggest recommendation to other WBES is : believe in yourself, be perseverant and surround yourself with achievers just like the members of WBE Canada, but most of all : DREAM BIG, no matter what the hurdles are, if you believe you can do it, you will succeed! Thank you for this honour! »
