Analyste Fonctionnel ERP (Odoo)

Tâches/Responsabilités

The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for supporting the deployment, stabilization, and adoption of an Odoo ERP within an organization of several hundred employees, playing a central role in operational support, user training, and continuous optimization between business teams, IT, and external partners.

MORE PRECISELY

• Act as the internal functional ERP reference for business teams
• Contribute to the configuration, testing, and optimization of ERP modules
• Analyze operational processes and assess the impact of inter-module changes
• Provide advanced user support and resolve complex issues
• Train, coach, and support end-user adoption
• Write and keep process and procedure documentation up to date
• Work closely with external consultants and the IT team
• Ensure data quality and contribute to continuous system improvement

PROFILE

• Experience in an ERP deployment or implementation environment
• Strong knowledge of integrated business processes (sales, service, manufacturing)
• Ability to provide advanced support, training, and drive user adoption
• Strong team spirit with solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Autonomy and ability to thrive in a changing environment
• Knowledge of Odoo (asset)
• DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
