The Manager will be responsible of managing the team of functional analysts and super users of Workday who take care of the configuration, support and optimization of the platform in the company.
Ensure the sound management of the team of 4 people;
Support the HR strategy in the optimization of Workday;
Ensure the planning of projects (implementations, releases, tests, etc.);
Maintain technical documentation;
Act as a Workday expert within the team.
5+ years of experience as a HCMS Manager (Human Capital Management System);
Specialized experience with Workday (ideal), or SAP HR / PeopleSoft;
Professional experience required in team management;
Good communication and leadership skills;
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
